The staff at B and B hardware are so knowledgeable and helpful, its a genuine pleasure to deal with them. We are building a strawbale house, so I've come to them with a couple of unusual requests, and they have been 100% stellar every time - if they don't have the thing then they find it and ring you back, even when it isn't a huge order, and even when the description is less than complete. I feel very lucky to have them just round the corner.

If you are a tiler, they have all the must haves! Great service too.

A great all you need tiling and cementeous product and tool shop. Bit disappointing the don't offer regular trade prices, but definitely the place for those quality tiling tools.

4x BRAND NEW compactors blown up after under 6 months of owning them. Cast plate exploded on three different compactors almost taking out my employees legs. First tried to blame over use (were pavers, we use them daily). Then got the most recent one welded at the stihl shop as exhaust bolt rattled loose and ended up inside the motor somewhere, also blamed us for apparently tampering with accelerator throttle which we didn't touch, nor had it been ran up from factory like it should of been. Got sworn at on the phone, blamed once again and told they wouldn't refund us even though it was less than 3 months old and had already been 'fixed ' by them prior. Got told the welds are only temporary and of course they're going to snap. Offered me quote '$100 refund as youve used the machine, and im not replacing another one for you'. Exhaust welds snapped, snapping the spark plug lead off completely. Emailed regarding the issue to which I got no response, have been blocked from the Facebook page so unable to leave a review on there also. Absolutely disgusting customer service from shannon and will NEVER purchase another tool from them again.

Absolutely awesome service. Others should take a leaf out of B&Bs book. Good old fashioned customer service. The team will go above and beyond to help you out. Can’t rate them highly enough.
